Say What Matters When It Matters Most
You know what you think. The pressure just gets there first.
When the stakes climb, you don’t lose your expertise. You tap into only a fraction of it. In one live hour, Ann shows you why that happens in the rooms where you most need to be sharp, and how to access your best thinking in real time. So people hear the full version of you instead of the 75 percent version pressure creates.
Live with Ann · September 15th | 12pm EST
THE GAP
You’ve been in this room before. You did the work, earned the seat, and walked in knowing exactly what you wanted to say. Then you spoke, and something shifted. You started listening to how you sounded instead of saying what you meant. What came out wasn’t wrong. It just wasn’t all of you.
That gap shows up where credibility gets decided. The board comment. The investor question. The leadership update everyone turns to hear. You walk out replaying it, knowing you had more.
This isn’t a communication challenge. It’s an access opportunity.
What the gap actually costs
What the gap actually costs
It’s tempting to brush these off as isolated moments. They add up. The 75 percent version is the one people remember, and over time it becomes the version they respond to, promote, and put in front of clients. Think of the pitch that should have closed, the interview that could have gone better, the board meeting where you knew far more than you managed to say, or the investor conversation that didn’t quite land. No single moment feels decisive. Together, they quietly set the ceiling on how seriously you’re taken.

``Clear Concise and Convincing: that is what Ann embodies and what she teaches! After hiring Ann, I nailed my first 3 consecutive investor pitches. Then I extended our relationship from a temporary assignment to making Ann an ongoing strategic partner, because I've witnessed what a difference her coaching and advising has made.``

What this hour gives you
- Catch the exact moment your focus slips from your message to your performance
- Land on one clear point instead of over-explaining your way out of the room
- Stay with what you said instead of walking it back the second you feel friction
- Steady your breath and your thinking before you open your mouth
- Lead with your conclusion so the room leans in from your first sentence
The method:
Access. Shape. Lead.
Ann teaches a three-part method you can use in real time.
Access is coming back to yourself when your attention scatters. Shape is deciding what actually needs to be said, and cutting everything else. Lead is staying with your point long enough for it to land.
You already know your material. This hour is about getting back to it when pressure says otherwise.
Who this is for
This is for executives, founders, and senior experts who carry real expertise and want it to show up when it counts. You’re respected in your field and trusted in your work, yet you notice a gap between what you know and how you come across when the room gets harder. Maybe you’re walking into a board meeting next week, or you keep leaving the same conversation wishing you’d said what you meant. The work is the same. Close the gap between what you know and what you can reach when the pressure is on.
What you'll walk away with
What you’ll walk away with
You’ll join Ann live, work through the method in real time, and bring your own questions to the Q&A, which is where the real work happens. Everyone who attends gets the Starter Go Bag: your key message, your first sentence, and your breath, on one page you can use before your next high-stakes moment. Nobody in the room sees you use it. Everybody feels the difference.
This hour is real, not a preview of a preview. What it points to goes deeper, and you’ll know by the end whether you need that too.
