Ann Keil Dux is an Emmy® Award-winning executive communication coach and personal brand strategist. With a background in investigative journalism, public affairs, and politics, she has worked across media, corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial sectors. Ann partners with top executives in healthcare, technology, legal services, and finance, refining messaging, strengthening leadership presence, and crafting compelling narratives. As a certified executive coach with a Global Executive MBA, she delivers tailored strategies that enhance influence, build credibility, and drive meaningful results.

Ann Keil Dux is a master storyteller who thrives in the raw, unfiltered moments that define the human experience. As an Emmy® Award-winning investigative reporter, Ann’s instinct was always to get to the heart of the story and, more importantly, to understand the deeper implications for the people involved. She rushed into crises, dug beneath the surface, and connected with individuals in a way that made their stories not just heard, but felt. From the crackle of police radios to the flash of red and blue lights against rain-slicked streets, Ann was always at the center of it, whether it was leaping into a Black Hawk helicopter with a governor just hours after a category 5 hurricane tore through a community, surveying wreckage and connecting with stranded survivors, or charging into raging wildfires alongside firefighters on the back of an ATV, racing to monitor fire lines and protect communities. Ann didn’t just report on the chaos, she lived it, witnessed it, and made sure those stories were captured.

In the midst of a gang-related shooting, Ann was there, bloodied victims on the pavement, people running in terror, children crying in the chaos of it all. The danger didn’t deter her, it fueled her determination to make sure these stories were told. She zigzagged across the country, from Capitol Hill to small rural communities, covering stories that matter. She confronted child predators terrorizing neighborhoods, uncovered the human toll of a devastating coal ash spill that blanketed a community, and exposed how failing emergency medical alert systems put lives at risk. Ann didn’t just stand in front of the camera, she dove deep into the heart of the crisis. From the courthouse steps, she documented double murder trials, piecing together the complexities of justice. In prison, she unraveled the dark ways offenders continue to victimize people on the outside. She was a presence in every situation, on every story, with one mission: to give voice to the people who needed it most.

Her investigative work shaped her unique approach to executive coaching and brand strategy. Ann knows that great communication isn’t just about the message, it’s about connecting authentically with the people behind it. Whether it’s a complex medical breakthrough, a personal journey of survival, or a company’s mission to transform an industry, Ann is drawn to the heart of the story. She works with global executives, entrepreneurs, and high achievers to refine their messaging, elevate their thought leadership, and craft compelling narratives for high-stakes media opportunities and impactful public speaking engagements.

Ann’s transition to corporate communications came with a powerful sense of purpose. As Director of Communications at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, Ann played a pivotal role in securing the organization’s first-ever ranking as one of U.S. News & World Report’s top 50 cancer centers. Her strategic media outreach and proactive story generation helped Sylvester earn a media reach of 5.1 billion and a media ad value of $47.2 million. This achievement was especially meaningful to Ann, given that the doctors at Sylvester had saved her life as a patient years earlier.

Today, Ann blends her expertise in storytelling with her deep understanding of human connection, working with leaders from a wide range of industries, from healthcare and finance to technology and high-end fashion. As a certified executive coach with a Global Executive MBA from the University of Miami, as well as degrees from Boston University and American University in Journalism, Politics, and Public Affairs, Ann delivers tailored strategies that empower leaders to communicate with confidence, influence, and authenticity. She partners with C-suite executives and their teams to refine messaging, build credibility, and drive meaningful results through effective communication.

Ann is a passionate advocate for community engagement, dedicating her time to volunteering, fundraising, and leveraging her talents to empower nonprofits in driving transformative change. She serves on the Women United Executive Committee for United Way Miami and previously co-chaired its Young Leaders group, leading over 600 young professionals.
